Support

The EndPoint Monitor Documentation site provides covers all configuration and operation of EndPoint Monitor with a number of troubleshooting guides available for common or harder to understand issues.

Issues can be raised on our GitHub for issues using any self-hosted components.

The SMNT Discord server has a dedicated EndPoint Monitor channel and is monitored by SMNT engineers who will happily answer any questions and can help resolve any issues. You can join using the invite link https://discord.gg/DnvB6zJY.

For hosted plans, access to the support portal will be given on registration, with 24x7 support and agreed SLAs given depending on the plan selected.
